If you're looking for honest mechanics, who don't make you feel like your lack of knowledge on your own vehicle is something to be taken advantage of. This is truly the spot. These guys are informative, hilarious, and have been the most reliable shop I've been to in the Chicagoland area. Highly recommend coming in here if you've been exhausted by trying to find a go-to spot for your vehicles needs. Don't get me started on how they were able to get my car fixed before I had to get it to someone who needed it that day. Or how I've taken it to a number of mechanics asking why the battery keeps dying only for them to give me an actual answer and help repair it. Enough said, bring your car in.

I cannot say enough GOOD THINGS about these guys here!!! ❤️ Pedro and Damian is absolutely amazing!!! I had to buy ALL the guys in the garage some Refresher Drinks from across the street at Dunkin Donuts to show my sincere heartfelt appreciation!!! My SUV was broken into on the street 3 times here in Chicago in the Wicker Park area where there is Mercedes, Audis, Jeeps, and Lexus parked on the exact same block! During the last break-in attempt, the person got disappointed and upset because they couldn't steal my SUV so they destroyed the steering wheel, the shroud, the ignition, and more!!! They was angered because they could NOT get around my STEEL lock that I always put on the steering wheel no matter where I'm at, ever since I bought it years ago!!! The Police was of NO help because I have a popular vehicle for theft and my insurance wasn't much help either!!! But Pedro & Damian was patient and upfront with me every step of the way! They had explained all the costs, damages, time-frames and what to expect afterwards!!! One day we had even communicated LIVE via Whatsapp so they can see directly the issue I was experiencing with the car... HOW AWESOME IS THAT??!!! I'll tell

Nothing but great things to say about Teloloapan Auto Service Emission Test Specialist! Roger was extremely helpful, friendly, and professional the entire time. He made the process smooth and fast, answered all my questions, and treated me with genuine care and respect. It’s hard to find honest and reliable service these days, but this place definitely exceeded my expectations. You can tell they value their customers and take pride in their work. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending them to others!

Absolutely amazing experience! This family-owned car shop really cares about their customers and it shows from the moment you walk in. The staff was honest, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly without trying to upsell me on unnecessary work. The service was fast, affordable, and my car has been running perfectly ever since. I also love supporting local family businesses, and these guys definitely deserve it. They only have two locations, and the other one is located at 1857 S Western. If you’re looking for trustworthy mechanics who treat you like family, this is the place to go. Highly recommend!

This was my 1st time handling car issues on my own, and I came here because I needed to pass my emissions test and the staff here was kind and thorough with my vehicle and respectful of my time! I dropped my car off in the morning when they opened and they were able to get it diagnosed, fixed, and get tested all before noon. They discussed all the repair options with me beforehand and made sure I understood. The costs were effective and no hidden fees. I would definitely recommend supporting this business. I currently am in need of an oil change and break pads, and will be stopping by to check them out again!
